Burger10 launches a New Burger “The Centurion”

Burger10 in Randwick takes you to a different part of the world yet again, as they have launched their newest burger special, bringing you to the Southern side of Europe, Italy. Burger 10 brings a new flavour for the month, rich and filled with savoury goodness – ‘The Centurion’ and is available only for a limited time.

The Centurion is made of Burger10 classic beef patty, topped with melted mozzarella makes the perfect combination with its homemade new ricotta and parmesan pesto sauce. Topped with lettuce, tomato, a new Napoli sauce and Burger10 signature aioli you all know and love, the Centurion will leave you full and satisfied with our classic Italian favours.

The Centurion is a new addition to our menu, available for a limited time, so come try it while you can!

BURGER 10 OPENS 2ND STORE IN RANDWICK

Sydney, NSW, 4 January 2018 – After a successful period in the inner Western suburb of Glebe, Burger 10 has found its second home at Randwick ‘s jewel crown ‘The Spot’ on 45 Perouse Rd opening its doors on Friday, 12 January 2018, 11:30am.

In celebration of the grand opening, Burger 10 is offering 50% DISCOUNT ON YOUR TOTAL BILL from opening weekend, 11:30 am Friday the 12th until the close of trade Sunday the 14th January 2018.

They’ll bring their award-winning multi-national burger menu with them along with new and exciting features such as Fried Chicken, Nachos & Quesadillas, soft serves, and milkshakes. The creative concept invites you to taste your way around the world. So get ready with the abundance of Autumn as Burger 10 Sydney brings you its newest pop up dish to kick off Monday 20^th March 2017, a new concept from Executive Chef Hussein Jaber who is determined to showcase the best of his home and international cuisine by taking you to another journey around the world.

This time its no burger or chips just a traditional and famous dish from New Orleans “Jambalaya” South Central of USA whilst adding Australian twist. Jambalaya, the quintessential dish from New Orleans is a meal in itself a lavish serving plate of sautéed prawns, chicken, and chorizo sausage with rice infused with herbs & spices cooked in a tomato broth, consider it a new version of paella. This dish is served with Mesclun salad and charred bread.

New Orleans boasts one of the richest culinary experiences that the United States has to offer, Creole Jambalaya originates from the French Quarter of New Orleans, in the original European sector. It was an attempt by the Spanish to make paella in the New World, where saffron was not readily available due to import costs. Tomatoes became the substitute for saffron.

“We choose Jambalaya as our first pop up dish because of its vibrant history and we wanted to offer alternative option to customers and get away from the stereotype in the burger industry.
