Burger10 Launches Celebrity Menu in Support of Barnardos

We often see restaurants come and go, yet very few open their doors and entice diners by offering their taste buds flavours from ten different nations.

Burger10, situated in the heart of trendy suburb Glebe has done just that. Offering their clients ten burgers from ten countries and ten flavour journeys. The creative concept invites you to taste your way around the world. The menu features 10 uniquely crafted burgers bringing the flavours of ten different countries from the likes of China, Thailand, Italy, Greece, Lebanon, Australia, Mexico, Japan, Morocco and of course America.

Headed by Executive Chef Hussein Jaber, who has over 25 years of experience in the industry of travelling to seek out new flavours and concepts. Having lived in Dubai and Lebanon, he trained in France and was the Executive Chef at Crown Plaza in Dubai and Nestle Middle East prior to migrating to Australia, where he was the Senior Chef at Luna Park Sydney for over six years before venturing to the burger business.

Burger10 opened their doors in 21 April 2014 and are celebrating their one year anniversary on April 23rd2015. To celebrate this milestone, Burger10 have partnered with Barnardos Ambassador Tina Arena to create a celebrity menu with the unveiling due to take place at this media event. A one-dollar donation from each burger sold will be made to Barnardos, who have been supporting abused children for over 130 years. Finding real, permanent and life changing solutions for Australian children in desperate need.

Furthermore, Burger10 are holding a burger challenge on the night encouraging two guests to take the stage and down ten burgers in twenty minutes, whilst the crowd cheers them on. On behalf of the winner, Burger10 will donate further funds to Barnardos and offer the winner a voucher to eat at the restaurant at the value of $250.

We would like to invite you, the media, to come down and join us in the unveiling of Tina Arena’s menu and help celebrate this momentous occasion whilst raising money for the Barnardos charity.
